研究目的：

1.明确ASD患儿肠道5-HT信号与菌群失调的关联性; 2.验证ASD小鼠模型肠道5-HT信号及肠道菌群的因果性; 3.阐明肠道5-HT信号在ASD核心症状中的机制; 4.揭示肠道菌群在ASD发病的致病机制.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the relationship between gut 5-HT signaling and microbial dysbiosis in children with ASD; 2. Verify the causality of gut 5-HT signaling and gut microbiota in ASD mouse models; 3. Elucidate the mechanisms of gut 5-HT signaling in the core symptoms of ASD; 4. Reveal the pathogenic mechanisms of gut microbiota in the development of ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在2～8岁之间的儿童，既往已确诊为ASD，或由研究团队的高年资专科医生按照《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版》(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, DSM-5）诊断标准，具有社会交往障碍、沟通障碍、重复性刻板性行为、发育异常等，诊断为ASD者； 2.选择ADOS-2孤独症诊断量表作为主要辅助诊断措施，ADOS-2是目前国内外临床医生实施儿童孤独症诊断的“金标准”； 3.主要照顾者或父母同意参与课题，完成相关标本采集，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged between 2 and 8 years who have previously been diagnosed with ASD, or who are diagnosed with ASD by senior specialists from the research team according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), exhibiting social interaction deficits, communication difficulties, repetitive and stereotyped behaviors, developmental abnormalities, etc.; 2. The ADOS-2 Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule is chosen as the main auxiliary diagnostic tool, and ADOS-2 is currently considered the "gold standard" for clinical diagnosis of autism in children both domestically and internationally; 3. The primary caregiver or parents agree to participate in the study, complete relevant specimen collection, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并先天性疾病、染色体异常疾病者； 2.合并强迫症、注意缺陷多动障碍、选择性缄默症等其他神经发育障碍性疾病者； 3.免疫系统或血液系统功能障碍，或伴有其他心、肝、肾脏功能不全者； 4.胃肠道器质性疾病、急性胃肠道疾病、传染性疾病患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with congenital diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Children with other neurodevelopmental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or selective mutism; 3. Children with immune system or hematological dysfunction, or those with heart, liver, or kidney insufficiency; 4. Children with organic gastrointestinal diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases, or infectious diseases.
