研究目的：

构建LSG患者旅程地图可视化减重手术患者术前、术中及术后2年内经历的痛点，难点问题，并利用数智技术赋能患者旅程地图搭建数字干预平台，优化现有健康管理策略，  

Objectives of Study：

The journey map of LSG patients was constructed to visualize the pain points and difficulties experienced by patients before, during and within 2 years after bariatric surgery. Digital intelligence technology was used to empower patients' journey map to build a digital intervention platform and optimize the existing health management strategy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准为：年龄在18-60岁之间；体重指数（BMI）>=35kg/m^2，符合LSG手术的适应症；自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria are: age between 18 and 60 years old; A body mass index (BMI) of >=35kg/m^2 meets the indications for LSG surgery. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准包括：患有严重心肺功能障碍、肝肾功能不全等系统性疾病者，合并胃肠道疾病、神经系统疾病等可能导致恶心呕吐的基础疾病；有精神疾病史或认知功能障碍，不能配合完成研究评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria include: those with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney insufficiency and other systemic diseases, as well as underlying diseases such as gastrointestinal diseases and neurological diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting. Those with a history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate in completing the research assessment.
