研究目的：

本研究旨在通过横断面调查，探究轮班护士群体中社会时差、情绪调节困难、享乐饥饿与食物成瘾之间的关系。具体目的包括：（1）描述轮班护士社会时差、情绪调节困难、享乐饥饿与食物成瘾的现状；（2）分析上述变量之间的两两相关关系；（3）检验情绪调节困难与享乐饥饿在社会时差与食物成瘾关系间的链式中介作用。研究结果将为制定针对性的心理与行为干预策略，改善轮班护士身心健康提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This cross-sectional study aims to investigate the relationships among social jetlag, emotional dysregulation, hedonic hunger, and food addiction among shift-work nurses. The specific objectives are: (1) to describe the current status of social jetlag, emotional dysregulation, hedonic hunger, and food addiction in this population; (2) to analyze the bivariate correlations among these variables; (3) to examine the chain mediating roles of emotional dysregulation and hedonic hunger in the relationship between social jetlag and food addiction. The findings will provide a theoretical basis for developing targeted psychological and behavioral interventions to improve the physical and mental health of shift-work nurses.

纳入标准：

1.本单位注册的在职在岗的临床一线护士；
2.在本单位工作时间≥2年；
3.最近6个月持续参与轮班；
4.知情、同意参与本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinical frontline nurses registered and currently employed by this institution; 2.Working time in this organization >= 2 years; 3.Continuously participated in shift work over the past 6 months; 4.Informed consent to participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.患有任何慢性疾病及处于妊娠期；
2.正在进行体质量控制计划(减重、增重及体质量维持计划)；
3.不能配合本研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having any chronic diseases or being pregnant;
2.Implementing a body weight control program (weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance plans);
3.Unable to cooperate with this researcher;
