研究目的：

1. 汉化并验证适用于中国文化背景的眼衰弱自我筛查评估工具。 2. 评估中老年人群对眼衰弱的认知特征及水平。 3. 调查中老年人群眼衰弱流行状况并识别关键影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Sinicize and validate self-screening and assessment tools for Eye Frailty Self-Check List that are suitable for the Chinese cultural background. 2. Evaluate the cognitive characteristics and levels of eye weakness among middle-aged and elderly people. 3. Investigate the prevalence of asthenia among middle-aged and elderly people and identify the key influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥40岁； 2.意识清晰，无认知性障碍； 3.自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=40 years old; 2. Clear consciousness and no cognitive impairment; 3. Voluntarily participate in this research.

排除标准：

1.严重全身性疾病（如晚期癌症）； 2.精神疾病史或交流障碍者； 3.严重视觉障碍者； 4.近一年有眼科手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe systemic diseases (such as advanced cancer); 2. Those with a history of mental illness or communication disorders; 3. People with severe visual impairment; 4. There have been patients who underwent ophthalmic surgeries in the past year.
