Objectives of Study：

Investigation of the ganglion-intrinsic cell populations and cellular molecular characteristics of the trigeminal ganglion

纳入标准：

1.符合国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库与联盟单位的人体捐献标准； 2.死亡到取材时间在 24 小时内； 3.年龄＞18 岁，性别不限

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the human donation standards of the National Developmental and Functional Human Brain Tissue Resource Bank and alliance units; 2. The time from death to sample collection is within 24 hours; 3. Age over 18 years old, gender not limited

排除标准：

1.样本组织存在损坏或RNA/蛋白质降解风险；
2.不符合多组学测序的质控要求；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The sample tissue is at risk of damage or RNA/protein degradation.
2.Does not meet the quality control requirements for multi-omics sequencing;
