研究目的：

1. 主要目的： （1）基于健康信念模式，构建包含围手术期和院后随访期2个阶段的早期胃癌和癌前病变内镜黏膜下剥离术患者全病程管理方案。围手术期拟通过构建专病临床护理路径和教育清单等措施，提升护理同质化水平，避免术后并发症；同时增强个体健康意识，促进个体采纳健康行为。拟依托医院智能随访系统专病管理模块，建立以智能随访为主、电话随访为辅的院后随访管理方式，以实现规范的院后随访管理。 (2)探索基于健康信念模式的全病程管理方案在早期胃癌和癌前病变内镜黏膜下剥离术患者中的可及行和有效性； (3)找到符合早期胃癌和癌前病变内镜黏膜下剥离术患者的健康管理方案，以提高自我管理能力，提高术后HP检测率和根除治疗率、内镜复查率，降低肿瘤复发风险和提高肿瘤复发早期识别率。 2. 次要目的： 宣传消化道早期肿瘤防控知识，增强患者家属健康意识，帮助其采纳健康行为，减轻癌防社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objectives:(1) Based on the Health Belief Model, develop a full-course management plan for patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, encompassing two stages: the perioperative period and the post-hospitalization follow-up period. During the perioperative period, measures such as establishing specialized clinical nursing pathways and educational checklists are proposed to enhance the homogeneity of nursing care and prevent postoperative complications. Simultaneously, efforts will be made to bolster individual health awareness and promote the adoption of healthy behaviors. Leveraging the specialized disease management module of the hospital's intelligent follow-up system, a post-hospitalization follow-up management approach will be established, primarily relying on intelligent follow-ups supplemented by telephone follow-ups, to achieve standardized post-hospitalization follow-up management. (2) Explore the accessibility and effectiveness of the full-course management plan based on the Health Belief Model in patients undergoing ESD for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.

纳入标准：

1.符合《WHO消化系统肿瘤分类（2019年版）》《中国胃癌筛查与早诊早治指南》中对于早期胃癌和癌前病变的定义并接受内镜黏膜下剥离术的患者； 2.自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the definitions of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions outlined in the "WHO Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System (2019 Edition)" and the "Chinese Guidelines for Screening, Early Diagnosis, and Early Treatment of Gastric Cancer," and who have undergone endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) 2. Those who voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.患有精神疾病、沟通有障碍的患者； 2.死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental illnesses or communication disorders; 2. Deceased patients.
