Simulate complex patients with diverse personalities/emotional states (such as anxiety, repeated questioning, etc.) to improve students' ability to handle complex communication scenarios.

纳入标准：

a、参与者需是汕头大学医学院2023级临床专业的学生，已经完成了研究所需的临床技能课程；b、在线上完成报名、填写问卷；c、在规定的时间内详细阅读知情同意书且签名确认；d、参加了项目的理论测试、前测、分组训练与后测，且数据真实有效。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants must be clinical medicine students of the 2023 cohort from Shantou University Medical College who have completed the required clinical skills courses. 2. Complete online registration and questionnaire. 3. Thoroughly read and sign the informed consent form within the specified timeframe. 4. Participate in the project's theoretical test, pre-test, grouped training, and post-test, ensuring all data is authentic and valid.

排除标准：

因任何原因（如休学、病假、缺考）未全程参与实验的学生。在研究数据收集时间点之前，已有智能体使用史的学生（本研究通过课程设置确保所有学生均为初次接触）。

Exclusion criteria：

Students who fail to complete the entire experimental process due to any reason (e.g., suspension of schooling, sick leave, or absence from exams). Students who have prior experience with using AI agents before the start of the study data collection (the study ensures that all participants are first-time users through specific curriculum settings).

盲法：

本研究的分组过程将对授课教师和学生实施盲法。具体而言，授课教师仅负责按统一教案进行教学，也不清楚班级内哪些学生属于实验组或对照组，不了解其分组依据；学生将仅被告知参与一项教学研究，但不知晓自身所属组别及分组逻辑。此设计旨在避免因师生知晓分组情况而可能引发的。期望偏倚和行为改变。数据统计分析也将由不参与教学的人员执行。

Blinding：

The grouping process in this study will be blinded to both instructors and students. Specifically, instructors will follow a unified lesson plan for teaching, unaware of which students are in the experimental or control group, and remain uninformed of the grouping criteria. Students will only be informed that they are participating in a pedagogical study, without knowing their group assignment or the underlying grouping logic. This design is intended to prevent expectation bias and behavioral changes that might arise if participants or instructors were aware of the grouping. Furthermore, statistical data analysis will be conducted by personnel who are not involved in the teaching process.
