研究目的：

分析CD8+T细胞内Mn2+水平、PDZD8表达情况和胆固醇水平，明确三者的临床相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing Mn2+ level, PDZD8 expression and cholesterol level in CD8+T cells, the clinical correlation of the three was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 结直肠癌患者纳入标准： a.经病理确诊为结直肠癌的患者； b.经肠镜检查肠道无阳性病变的正常人群； c.本人或其代理人签署知情同意书； （2） 健康人纳入标准： a． 肠镜检查结果显示无肠道病变； b． 本人或其代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria for colorectal cancer patients: a. Patients pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; b. Normal individuals with no positive lesions detected by colonoscopy; c. The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form. (2) Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: a. Colonoscopy results show no intestinal lesions; b. The individual or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、血管、呼吸系统等重大疾病患者；
2.合并高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病；
3.合并克罗恩病、溃疡性结直肠炎等其他肠道疾病；
4.患有精神疾病或认知、沟通功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with heart, brain, blood vessel, respiratory system and other major diseases;
2.Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes;
3.Patients with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal diseases;
4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive or communication dysfunction;
