研究目的：

1.探究特征：探究伴有不良饮食行为的青少年抑郁障碍患者其肠道菌群的组成、多样性及功能特征。2.阐明机制：阐明肠道菌群如何通过微生物-肠-脑轴（通过炎症因子、代谢产物等中介）影响抑郁症状与饮食行为。3.评估干预：初步评估为期4周的益生菌干预对改善该人群抑郁症状及不良饮食行为的效果与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate Characteristics: To investigate the composition, diversity, and functional characteristics of gut microbiota in adolescent depressive disorder patients with disordered eating behaviors.2.Elucidate Mechanisms: To elucidate how gut microbiota influences depressive symptoms and eating behaviors via the microbiota-gut-brain axis (through mediators such as inflammatory factors and metabolites).3.Evaluate Intervention: To preliminarily evaluate the effect and feasibility of a 4-week probiotic intervention on improving depressive symptoms and disordered eating behaviors in this population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄12~18周岁；
2.疾病诊断符合《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》 第 10 版（ICD-10）中抑郁障碍的标准；
3.疾病诊断不符合ICD- 10中任何进?障碍（如神经性贪?、 暴?障碍等）的标准；
4.?组前未进?治疗或未采取电休克等其他?预措施；
5.能够理解并配合整个研究过程；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 12-18 years;
2.Meets ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder.
3.No history of treatment or interventions (e.g., electroconvulsive therapy) before enrollment.
4.Capacity to comprehend and cooperate with the entire study procedure.

排除标准：

1.患有其他主要精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍）或进食障碍。
2.患有严重或不稳定的躯体疾病。
3.近1个月服用过影响免疫或食欲的药物。
4.无法配合完成评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with other major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or eating disorders.
2.Has severe or unstable physical illnesses.
3.Has taken medications affecting immunity or appetite within the past month.
4.Unable to cooperate with the assessments.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集将使用标准化的病例报告表（CRF），包括自制人口学问卷、耶鲁食物成瘾量表（YFAS）、荷兰饮食行为问卷（DEBQ）、汉密尔顿抑郁/焦虑量表（HAMD/HAMA）等。所有数据将由双人独立录入，使用SPSS 23.0软件建立数据库并进行逻辑核查与管理。
