研究目的：

1.了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康促进行为现状； 2.探究影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康促进行为的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current state of health-promoting behaviors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 2. Explore the factors affecting health-promoting behaviors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《内科学第九版》中COPD相关诊断标准；②患者需住院时间≥7天；③年龄≥18岁,具备正常认知功能；④积极参与本次研究并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for COPD as described in the 9th Edition of Internal Medicine; 2. Hospitalization period of>= 7 days; 3. Age >= 18 years old, with normal cognitive function; 4. Actively participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①伴有支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎等其他肺部疾病；②合并恶性肿瘤；③患有精神类疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by other pulmonary diseases such as bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis; 2. Complicated with malignant tumors; 3. Suffering from mental disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

调查前对课题组参与调查的3名研究生进行统一培训，征得患者本人同意后，采用问卷星及纸质版问卷两种途径向患者发放问卷，由双人核对将数据录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before the investigation, a unified training was conducted for the three graduate students from the research group who participated in the survey. After obtaining the consent of the patients themselves, questionnaires were distributed to the patients through two channels: Questionnaire Star and paper-based questionnaires. The data were then entered by two people for verification.
