研究目的：

通过现况调查研究方式，调查雅安地区“医养结合”机构中，年龄》=60岁的老人，按照区域、年龄分层抽样。通过问卷方式调查老人是否存在皮肤瘙痒情况及其影响因素；针对瘙痒程度评定，运用主观及客观的瘙痒评定量表等工具对老人的皮肤瘙痒情况进行调查；运用五维瘙痒量表（5-D Pruritus Scale）以及失眠严重指数量表（ISI）、医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）调查瘙痒对老人的生活影响；采用中医证候调查问卷对瘙痒进行中医辨证分型。基于上述研究结果，制定针对雅安地区“医养结合”机构老年人群瘙痒防治方案，为后续开展中医药干预治疗、建立更适合医养结合机构的中西医结合皮肤瘙痒症防治方案提供方向性指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the method of current situation investigation and research, the elderly aged 60 and above in the "medical and elderly care integration" institutions in Ya 'an area were investigated, and stratified sampling was conducted by region and age. The elderly were investigated through questionnaires to determine whether they had skin itching and its influencing factors. For the assessment of the degree of itching, subjective and objective itching assessment scales and other tools were used to investigate the skin itching conditions of the elderly. The impact of Pruritus on the lives of the elderly was investigated by using the 5-D Pruritus Scale, the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). The TCM syndrome questionnaire was used to conduct TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of pruritus. Based on the above research results, a prevention and treatment plan for pruritus among the elderly in medical and elderly care institutions in Ya 'an area was formulated, providing directional guidance for the subsequent implementation of traditional Chinese medicine intervention treatment and the establishment of a more suitable integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment plan for pruritus in medical and elderly care institutions.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60周岁（按WHO老人标准）； 2.在雅安地区生活居住至少半年以上； 3.雅安地区医养结合机构就诊及住院患者； 4.知情同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 years or above (as per WHO geriatric definition); 2. Residing in the Ya'an region for at least six months; 3. Patients receiving outpatient or inpatient care at integrated medical and elderly care institutions within the Ya'an region; 4. Informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

无法完成问卷调查（如严重听力障碍或语言障碍）。以性别一致，年龄+/-2岁的原则匹配，在同一病区替代。

Exclusion criteria：

Unable to complete the questionnaire survey (such as severe hearing impairment or language impairment). Match based on the principle of gender consistency and +/-2 years of age, and replace in the same ward.
