本项目将有望改变现有老年手术患者术后认知功能障碍机制不明确，为老年患者术后认知功能障碍发生的病理生理学和病因机制提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is expected to change the unclear mechanism of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly surgical patients and provide an objective basis for the pathophysiology and etiological mechanism of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经伦理委员会批准，收集杭州市第一人民医院2025年01月1日至2022年6月30日年龄大于 65 周岁且不满 90 岁年手术患者，美国麻醉师协会(ASA)|-川分类老年患者 100名。临床试验时对患者充分说明了临床试验的内容，并取得自愿同意书。并通过术后随访、电话等方式建立完整的随访体系及相关资料的数据库。

Inclusion criteria

With the approval of the Ethics Committee, 100 elderly patients aged over 65 but under 90 years old who underwent surgery at Hangzhou First People's Hospital from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2022, classified by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) in Sichuan Province, were collected. During the clinical trial, the content of the clinical trial was fully explained to the patients and voluntary consent forms were obtained. And a complete follow-up system and a database of related materials were established through postoperative follow-up, phone calls and other means.

排除标准：

中枢神经系统疾病，内分泌系统疾病，长期服用大剂量糖皮质激素，严重的肝、肾损伤，无法与医师有效交流,术前 MMSE评分<最低标准(小学以下学历为20分,中学以上学历为 23分)手术时间>5h，术中出血量>600mL。

Exclusion criteria：

Central nervous system diseases, endocrine system diseases, long-term use of high-dose glucocorticoids, severe liver and kidney damage, inability to communicate effectively with physicians, preoperative MMSE score < minimum standard (20 points for those with education below primary school and 23 points for those with education above middle school), operation time >5 hours, intraoperative blood loss >600mL.
