研究目的：

1. 明确同侧 PHEO 与 APN 共存的组织学与空间分布特征。 2. 分析不同区域的突变谱差异，评估是否存在共享突变或独立起源。 3. 揭示 PHEO（尤其 VHL 突变）是否通过 CXCL12/VEGF/HIF-2α 等旁分泌机制促进 APN 的形成。 4. 利用细胞实验构建机制模型，为此类罕见并存疾病提供病理生理依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Characterize the histological and spatial distribution features of coexisting ipsilateral PHEO and APN. 2. Analyze differences in mutation profiles across distinct regions to assess whether shared mutations exist or if independent origins are present. 3. Reveal whether PHEO (particularly VHL mutations) promotes APN formation through paracrine mechanisms such as CXCL12/VEGF/HIF-2α. 4. Develop mechanistic models using cellular experiments to provide pathophysiological rationale for this rare coexisting disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已完成肾上腺切除手术；
2.术前诊断为原发性醛固酮增多症；
3.术后病理提示同侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤与醛固酮生成结节共存；
4.嗜铬细胞瘤组织已检测出体细胞 VHL 突变；
5.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Adrenalectomy has been completed; 2.Preoperative diagnosis was primary aldosteronism; 3.Postoperative pathology indicated coexistence of ipsilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma and aldosterone-producing nodule; 4.Somatic VHL mutation has been detected in the pheochromocytoma tissue; 5.Patient provided informed consent.

排除标准：

1.术后组织质量不满足分析要求；
2.无有效病理区域可供显微切割或多组学研究；
3.患者拒绝签署或撤回知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Postoperative tissue quality does not meet the requirements for analysis; 2.No valid pathological regions are available for laser microdissection or multi-omics research; 3.Patient refused to sign or withdrew informed consent.
