研究目的：

本研究的目的是在广西桂林临桂区开展 2 年的纵向研究，进一步验证广西低龄儿童的 CRA 工具在预测龋病风险中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to conduct a two-year longitudinal study in Lingui District, Guilin, Guangxi, to further validate the effectiveness of the CRA tool in predicting caries risk among young children in Guangxi

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）所有低龄入试儿童均年满 3 周岁（至调查之日起年满 3 周岁未满 4 周岁） （2）在本地居住 6 个月以上 （3）能在两年内持续参加该项研究 （4）儿童监护人知情同意，愿意参加该研究（研究周期为 2 年）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All enrolled young children were aged 3 years (>=3 years and <4 years at the time of survey); (2) Had resided continuously in Lingui District for >=6 months; (3) Could continue participation throughout the two-year study period; (4) Written informed consent was obtained from legal guardians (study duration: 2 years).

排除标准：

（1）患有严重全身系统性疾病者； （2）过敏体质或有哮喘史； （3）无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with severe chronic systemic diseases; (2) History of severe allergies or asthma; (3) Inability to comply with study procedures.
