研究目的：

研究基于J差分编辑磁共振波谱检测的脂质指标在区分良性与恶性前列腺病变中的诊断性能。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the diagnostic performance of lipid indices detected by J-difference edited magnetic resonance spectroscopy(JDE-MRS) in distinguishing between benign and malignant prostate lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18 周岁以上； 2.临床上肿瘤特异性标志物水平异常（PSA＞4 ng/mL）或在其他检查（如CT、超声等）中怀疑恶性病变患者； 3.接受J差分编辑磁共振波谱扫描。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients with clinically abnormal levels of tumor?specific markers (PSA >4 ng/mL) or suspected malignant lesions based on other examinations (e.g., CT, ultrasound, etc.); 3. Underwent J?difference edited magnetic resonance spectroscopy (JDE?MRS) scanning.

排除标准：

1.进行JDE-MRS检查前，患者有手术切除或肿瘤治疗史； 2.JDE-MRS检查后，未进行穿刺活检或术中病理； 3.JDE-MRS检查前有服用他汀类药物超过 1 个月； 4.影像数据或重要临床数据不可获得或不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of surgical resection or tumor therapy prior to the JDE?MRS examination; 2. No biopsy or surgical pathology was performed after the JDE?MRS examination; 3. Use of statins for more than one month prior to the JDE?MRS examination; 4. Unavailable or incomplete imaging data or clinical data.
