研究目的：

1.利用红外热成像技术（IRT）定量监测假体周围感染（PJI）患肢体表的温度变化规律。 2.探索IRT在抗生素治疗期间监测感染控制情况的应用潜力。 3.验证IRT在区分感染性松动与无菌性松动中的鉴别诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The temperature variation pattern of the limb surface of patients with periprosthetic infection (PJI) was quantitatively monitored by infrared thermal imaging technology (IRT). 2. Explore the application potential of IRT in monitoring infection control during antibiotic treatment. 3. Verify the differential diagnostic value of IRT in differentiating infectious loosening from aseptic loosening.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.既往行人工髋/膝关节置换术，年龄18-80岁，单侧病变。 2.主诉关节疼痛、肿胀或功能障碍；

Inclusion criteria

1. Previously underwent artificial hip/knee joint replacement surgery, aged 18 to 80, with unilateral lesion. 2. Chief complaint: joint pain, swelling or dysfunction;

排除标准：

1.双侧同时手术者 2.患肢有严重皮肤病（如银屑病、湿疹）或大面积瘢痕影响皮温者； 3.近期有下肢深静脉血栓形成者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who undergo bilateral surgeries simultaneously 2. Those with severe skin diseases (such as psoriasis, eczema) or large areas of scars affecting skin temperature on the affected limb; 3. Those who have recently developed deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities.
