研究目的：

本研究旨在评估并比较术前传统宣教与动画宣教两种方式对腹股沟疝患者知识、态度）及实践（KAP）水平的影响。通过KAP问卷量化分析，探索更有效的术前健康宣教方式，提高患者对疾病认知、术后护理依从性及术后恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the effects of traditional preoperative education and animated education on the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) levels of patients with inguinal hernia. Through quantitative analysis of KAP questionnaire, explore more effective preoperative health education methods to improve patients' disease awareness, postoperative nursing compliance, and postoperative recovery quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁；单侧或双侧腹股沟疝、拟行手术治疗患者 2.首次接受疝手术； 3.具备中文读写及沟通能力； 4.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: 18-75 years old; Patients with unilateral or bilateral inguinal hernia and planned surgical treatment 2.First time undergoing hernia surgery; 3.Ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese; 4.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.复发疝、嵌顿疝或急诊手术； 2.合并严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病或认知障碍； 3.既往有腹股沟疝手术史，或者参加过类似宣教试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Recurrent hernia, incarcerated hernia or emergency surgery; 2.Merge severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney diseases or cognitive impairment; 3.Patients with a history of inguinal hernia surgery or who have participated in similar educational trials.
