研究目的：

拟观察不同ALDH2等位基因患者在全麻术围术期中麻醉药物使用剂量，血压、心率等血流动力学指标和儿茶酚胺、IL-6等应激炎症反应相关指标的波动情况，探明ALDH2基因多态性是否影响围术期应激反应的强弱和对麻醉药物的使用剂量是否存在影响，为更好地评估患者的手术风险，制定个性化的治疗方案，采取有效的措施来减轻应激反应对机体的不良影响提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to observe the fluctuation of anesthetic drug dosage, hemodynamic indicators such as blood pressure and heart rate, and stress and inflammatory response related indicators such as catecholamines and IL-6 in patients with different ALDH2 genotypes during perioperative period of general anesthesia surgery. It aims to explore whether genetic polymorphism of ALDH2 affects the intensity of stress response during perioperative period and whether it has an impact on the dosage of anesthetic drugs. The study provides a reference basis for better assessing the surgical risk of patients, formulating personalized treatment plans, and taking effective measures to reduce the adverse effects of stress response on the body.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄50～80岁，性别不限. 2.ASA 分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级，纽约心脏病协会(NYHA) 分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级，左室射血分数(EF) ＞40%； 3.所有患者符合世界卫生组织(WHO)关于冠心病的诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 50–80 years, gender unrestricted; 2. ASA classification II or III, New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II or III, left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) >40%; 3. All patients meet the World Health Organisation (WHO) diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease.

排除标准：

1.严重心力衰竭及心律失常、严重高血压； 2.电解质紊乱以及感染、内分泌系统疾病； 3.长期服用安定、阿片类及对自主神经功能有影响药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart failure and arrhythmia, severe hypertension; 2. Electrolyte imbalance, infections, and endocrine disorders; 3. Patients on long-term medication with diazepam, opioids, or drugs affecting autonomic nervous system function.
