研究目的：

本研究旨在对老年肺癌患者通过简单易操作的系统化围手术期量化式呼吸功能训练，降低老年肺癌患者PPCs的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to reduce the impact of postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) in elderly lung cancer patients through a simple and easy-to-operate systematic perioperative quantitative respiratory function training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.诊断为肺癌、肺占位、肺毛玻璃结节且有手术指证 2.年龄在60-85岁的老年患者 3.经临床医生评估后肺功能满足手术条件 4.采取胸腔镜下肺叶段切除术治疗 5.自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with lung cancer, lung mass, or pulmonary ground-glass nodule and have surgical indications 2.Elderly patients aged 60-85 3. Lung function meets surgical conditions after evaluation by a clinician 4.Treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmentectomy 5.Voluntary participation in this study

排除标准：

1.术前已合并肺部并发症 2.合并其他严重躯体性疾病，不耐受训练者 3.有严重精神障碍、认知障碍无法正常沟通者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of pulmonary complications before surgery 2.Presence of other severe physical diseases, intolerant to training 3.Severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments preventing normal communication

术后，提供常规的术后护理，并从术后第一天起，每天两次指导患者进行缩唇呼吸、腹式呼吸和有效咳嗽。

用随机数字表法，把108个编号平均分为对照组和干预组，入组编号在患者入组当天抽取，并根据此编号进行分组。每组包含54名受试者。

Using a random number table, the 108 identification numbers were evenly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The enrollment numbers were drawn on the day of patient enrollment, and grouping was performed based on these numbers. Each group comprised 54 subjects.
