研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多模态脑成像（fMRI/EEG）与肠道菌群分析技术，深入探讨吸烟对精神分裂症患者奖赏加工与吸烟线索反应神经机制的调节作用，揭示其“自我治疗”背后的脑-肠轴交互机制，为发展针对共病的个性化干预策略提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to utilize multimodal neuroimaging (fMRI/EEG) and gut microbiome analysis to investigate how smoking modulates the neural mechanisms of reward processing and smoking cue reactivity in patients with schizophrenia, to uncover the brain-gut axis interactions underlying the "self-medication" behavior, and to provide a scientific basis for developing personalized intervention strategies for this comorbidity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有被试年龄18-60岁； 2.签署知情同意书； 3.精神分裂症组符合DSM-5诊断标准且病情稳定（PANSS总分≤60）； 4.吸烟组（患者及健康对照）每日吸烟≥10支且烟龄＞1年（FTND≥4）； 5.非吸烟组无吸烟史； 6.健康对照组无个人精神疾病史； 7.所有被试均具备完成实验的认知能力（MoCA≥20）； 健康对照组：无精神疾病史，吸烟者匹配吸烟量，非吸烟者无吸烟史

Inclusion criteria

1.All participants aged 18-60 years; 2.signed informed consent; 3.schizophrenia group meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria with stable condition (PANSS total score <=60); 4.smoking groups (both patient and healthy control) smoke >=10 cigarettes per day for >1 year (FTND>=4); 5.non-smoking groups have no history of smoking; 6.healthy control group has no personal history of mental disorders; 7.all participants have the cognitive ability to complete the experiments (MoCA>=20); Healthy control group: No history of mental illness; smokers matched by smoking amount, non-smokers with no history of smoking.

排除标准：

1.当前或既往诊断为双相障碍、重度抑郁障碍（伴精神病性症状）、自闭症谱系障碍、物质诱发的精神病性障碍（如毒品滥用）；
2.符合DSM-5任何物质使用障碍标准（酒精、大麻等），或过去3个月内有非法药物使用（尿检阳性）；
3.存在MRI/EEG禁忌症（如体内有金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症）；
4.癫痫、脑外伤（伴意识丧失>30分钟）、脑肿瘤、卒中史；
5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
6.严重躯体疾病如未控制的高血压（BP>160/100 mmHg）、近期心肌梗死（<6个月）、晚期癌症；
7.其他经研究者判断不适合参与本研究的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Current or past diagnosis of bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder (with psychotic features), autism spectrum disorder, or substance-induced psychotic disorder (e.g., drug abuse);
2.Meets criteria for any substance use disorder according to DSM-5 (alcohol, cannabis, etc.), or has engaged in illicit drug use within the past three months (as evidenced by a positive urine test).
3.presence of MRI/EEG contraindications (such as metal implants, claustrophobia);
4.Epilepsy, traumatic brain injury (with loss of consciousness exceeding 30 minutes), brain tumour, history of stroke;
5.pregnant or lactating women;
6.Severe physical illnesses such as uncontrolled hypertension (BP > 160/100 mmHg), recent myocardial infarction (<6 months), advanced cancer;
7.other circumstances deemed by investigators as unsuitable for participation in this study;
