研究目的：

本研究通过大样本的非心脏手术患者的回顾性研究资料，通过大数据构建术中低血压预测模型，提前预警低血压特别是严重低血压的发生，为手术患者争取宝贵的干预抢救时间，为手术患者的生命安全保驾护航，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This research constructs a model for predicting intraoperative hypotension through artificial intelligence and big data algorithms, using a large sample of multimodal research data of non-cardiac surgery patients, to predict the occurrence of hypotension, especially severe hypotension, in advance, and to win valuable time for intervention and rescue of surgical patients, to protect the life safety of surgical patients and improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

1.在研究单位进行非心脏手术患者；
2.手术时间大于30分钟；

Inclusion criteria

1.Non-cardiac surgery patients in research units;
2.Surgery time greater than 30 minutes;

排除标准：

1.心脏手术患者；
2.术前明确为顽固性低血压患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with heart surgery;
2.Preoperatively defined as intractable hypotension patients;
