研究目的：

（1）描述2型糖尿病患者入组时（T0）、入组后3个月（T1）、入组后6个月（T2）、入组后12个月（T3）的自我调节疲劳水平及其变化趋势。 （2）识别2型糖尿病患者自我调节疲劳的变化轨迹及潜在亚组。 （3）探讨2型糖尿病患者自我调节疲劳不同变化轨迹亚组的预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Describe the self-regulatory fatigue levels of type 2 diabetes patients at the time of enrollment (T0), 3 months after enrollment (T1), 6 months after enrollment (T2), and 12 months after enrollment (T3), as well as the trends of these changes. (2) Identify the trajectory of self-regulatory fatigue changes in type 2 diabetes patients and potential subgroups. (3) Explore the predictive factors for different change trajectories of self-regulatory fatigue in type 2 diabetes patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合1999年WHO制定的T2DM诊断标准； 2.确诊糖尿病1年内； 3.年龄≥18岁； 4.意识清楚，能以文字或语言与研究者交流； 5.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complies with the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes established by the WHO in 1999; 2. Within one year of being diagnosed with diabetes; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Conscious and clear-headed, able to communicate with researchers verbally or in writing. 5. Informed consent is obtained, and participation in this study is voluntary.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期患者；
2.患有明确诊断的严重精神障碍，如精神分裂症、双向情感障碍、癫痫所致精神障碍、偏执性精神病、精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
2.Suffering from clearly diagnosed severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental disorders due to epilepsy, paranoid psychosis, mental retardation with associated mental disorders, etc.
