研究目的：

设计适合终末期肾脏疾病患者的零食式运动干预方案，旨在提高终末期肾脏疾病患者患者的躯体功能，改善生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Design a Exercise Snacks intervention program suitable for patients with end-stage renal disease, aiming to enhance the physical function and improve the quality of life for patients with end-stage renal disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60 周岁； 2.稳定透析治疗(每周3次)≥3个月； 3.心功能1～2级； 4.疾病处于稳定期，有独立行走的能力； 5.具备正常的理解和沟通交流能力； 6.无近期重大疾病或手术史； 7.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Stable hemodialysis therapy (three times weekly) for >= 3 months; 3. NYHA Class I-II cardiac function; 4. Stable disease status with independent ambulation ability; 5. Intact cognitive and communication skills; 6. No major acute illness or surgical history within recent period; 7. Provision of written informed consent for voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.存在肢体活动障碍、严重认知障碍，无法完成本次研究者； 2.合并严重并发症, 如心衰、严重感染、恶性肿瘤等； 3.透析前收缩压≥180 mmHg, 舒张压≥100 mmHg; 4.进行规律运动锻炼。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of limb mobility impairment or severe cognitive impairment preventing study participation; 2. Acute comorbidities including heart failure, severe infection, malignancy, etc.; 3. Pre-dialysis systolic blood pressure >=180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=100 mmHg; 4. Currently undergoing regular exercise training programs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在符合伦理原则的前提并获得患者知情同意后，依托医院门诊或住院部的电子病例系统采集患者的基本信息，临床检测结果等电子数据，量表评估由患者本人进行填写，汇总并由研究者进行统一管理。

On the premise of conforming to the ethical principles and obtaining the informed consent of the patients, the electronic data such as the basic information and clinical test results of the patients were collected by the electronic case system of the outpatient or inpatient department of the hospital.
