研究目的：

1. 主要目的：揭示乳酸杆菌对膀胱癌尿路造口周围皮炎微环境改善的作用机制； 2. 次要目的： （1）阐明膀胱癌尿路造口周围皮炎的形成机理及影响因素； （2）明确乳酸杆菌对膀胱癌尿路造口周围皮炎的康复作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To reveal the mechanism by which Lactobacillus improves the microenvironment of peristoma dermatitis in bladder cancer; 2. Secondary objectives: (1) Clarify the formation mechanism and influencing factors of peristoma dermatitis in bladder cancer; (2) Clarify the rehabilitation effect of Lactobacillus on peristoma dermatitis of bladder cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.膀胱癌尿路造口的复查或随访患者； 2.患有造口周围皮肤炎症（由医生诊断）； 3.自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书； 4.入组前未使用益生菌、益生元及后生元。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with bladder cancer who have a urinary stoma for follow-up or re-examination; 2. Patients with peristomal skin inflammation (diagnosed by a doctor); 3. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form; 4. Have not used probiotics, prebiotics, or postbiotics before enrollment.

排除标准：

1.除患有膀胱癌外还患有肠道或泌尿系统其他疾病者； 2.患有精神疾病者； 3.同时参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who, in addition to bladder cancer, also have other diseases of the intestines or urinary system; 2. Individuals with mental illnesses; 3. Individuals participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
