研究目的：

主要目的：评估新鲜同种异体瓣膜置换在≤10岁儿童RVOT重建中的可行性与安全性（围术期与12个月关键结局）。 次要目的：随访24个月内的瓣膜功能学指标、不良事件（感染/血栓/再干预）、资源利用（机械通气、ICU/住院时长）。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the feasibility and safety of fresh allogeneic valve replacement in the reconstruction of RVOT in children <= 10 years old (including perioperative and 12-month key outcomes).Secondary objectives: To follow up on the valvular functional indicators, adverse events (infection/thrombosis/reintervention), and resource utilization (mechanical ventilation, ICU/length of hospital stay) within 24 months.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：10岁以内；
2.明确诊断需进行右室流出道重建且需瓣膜替换的先心病，术前核磁共振检查右心室舒张末期容积（RVEDV）大于160mL/m2；
3.法定监护人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: Under 10 years old. (2) Congenital heart diseases that require right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction and valve replacement after a definite diagnosis. The right ventricular end - diastolic volume (RVEDV) measured by preoperative magnetic resonance imaging is greater than 160 mL/m^2. (3) The legal guardian signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 体外循环/手术绝对禁忌症； 2. 严重的双侧长段肺动脉发育不全； 3. 双侧肺静脉狭窄； 4. 患有免疫缺陷症； 5. 传染病，乙肝表面抗原阳性或HIV阳性； 6. 活动性感染； 7. 父母（监护人）认知/精神障碍严重到无法理解医疗方案，无法按计划完成随访；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Absolute contraindications for cardiopulmonary bypass/surgery. (2) Severe bilateral long - segment pulmonary artery hypoplasia. (3) Bilateral pulmonary vein stenosis. (4) Suffering from immunodeficiency. (5) Infectious diseases, positive for hepatitis B surface antigen or HIV. (6) Active infection. (7) Severe cognitive/mental disorders in parents (guardians) to the extent that they are unable to understand the medical plan and complete the follow - up as scheduled.
