Through nutritional surveys, clarify the current nutritional health status of school-age children; precisely customize nutritional dairy products for school-age children and evaluate their intervention effects.

纳入标准:

被抽中的小学四年级的学生,体格基本健康并经过本人或家长、学校同意参加本调研。

Inclusion criteria

The selected fourth-grade elementary school students, who are in good physical health and have obtained consent from themselves or their parents and the school, are eligible to participate in this survey.

排除标准:

被调查小学生存在乳糖不耐受或奶制品过敏者;先天性疾病和畸形、急性感染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

Elementary school students surveyed who have lactose intolerance or dairy product allergies; congenital diseases and deformities, acute infectious diseases.

开始干预的连续三个月内,在正常饮食的基础上,向学生发放定制的功能奶(根据基线结果定制),由班主任监督检查,期间尽量不食用其他奶类

During this period, they were advised to avoid consuming other dairy products.
