本研究通过微阵列基因芯片分析AMI患者血液中特异circRNA，探析其可能的靶向miRNA，并对差异表达circRNA进行富集分析，为揭示AMI的复杂调控机制提供重要信息。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, microarray gene chip was used to analyze the specific circRNA in the blood of AMI patients, to explore their possible target mirnas, and perform enrichment analysis on the differentially expressed circRNA, so as to provide important information for revealing the complex regulation mechanism of AMI.

急性心肌梗死患者与临床资料相匹配的健康志愿者

Acute myocardial infarction and healthy volunteers matched with clinical data

排除标准：

非急性心肌梗死患者；拒绝参加此项研究的患者
