研究目的：

(1) 掌握该萧山东片地区女性产后体重滞留基本情况。 (2) 明确萧山东片地区产妇膳食模式特征，揭示膳食模式对产后体重滞留的短期、中期及长期影响及可能的机制。 (3) 初步构建适合该地区的产后膳食优化策略  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the basic situation of postpartum weight retention among women in the eastern part of Xiaoshan. (2) To clarify the characteristics of dietary patterns among postpartum women in the eastern part of Xiaoshan, and to reveal the short-term, medium-term, and long-term impacts of dietary patterns on postpartum weight retention, as well as the possible mechanisms. (3) To preliminarily develop a postpartum dietary optimization strategy suitable for the region.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18-40 岁；②单胎妊娠；③自愿参与研究并可完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-40 years; 2.Singleton pregnancy; 3.Willing to participate in the study and able to complete follow-up.

排除标准：

①有特殊饮食限制；②有严重基础疾病，如心脏病、严重肝肾疾病的患者；③因神经精神疾病或其他原因无法完成随访的个体；④有严重皮肤破损、体内植入电子设备（如心脏起搏器、除颤器）的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with special dietary restrictions; 2.Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as heart disease, severe liver or kidney diseases; 3.Individuals who cannot complete follow-up due to neurological or psychiatric disorders or other reasons; 4.Patients with severe skin damage or implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers, defibrillators).
