研究目的：

通过SS-OCT对视网膜脱离患者术前及术后不同阶段的外层视网膜微结构进行量化分析（如EZ/外层厚度、光感受器内外节长度），旨在： 1. 量化分析RRD患者术前及术后关键时间点的外层视网膜微结构OCT参数（如椭圆体带连续性/缺损长度、光感受器内外节长度、各层厚度）与术后视功能结局（最佳矫正视力、视网膜下皱褶）之间的相关性（方向与强度）。 2. 明确特定OCT微结构参数（如术前椭圆体带缺损长度）与术后视功能指标（如BCVA）的独立相关性；分析不同视网膜脱离范围或黄斑受累状态下，OCT参数与视功能相关性的差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To quantify correlations between preoperative and postoperative OCT parameters of outer retinal microstructure in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) patients and functional outcomes. 2. To determine independent associations between specific OCT microstructural parameters and individual functional outcomes postoperatively, and to analyze differential correlations between OCT parameters and visual function based on the extent of retinal detachment or macular involvement status.

纳入标准：

1.术前及术后完成OCT、BCVA检查，OCT质量合格； 2.术后随访>=3月且解剖复位成功； 3.无严重并发性白内障或黄斑前膜； 4.视网膜脱离位置累及黄斑中心凹；

Inclusion criteria

1.Complete OCT and BCVA examinations at preoperative and postoperative visits; 2.Postoperative follow-up >=3 months with confirmed anatomic reattachment; 3.Absence of significant comorbid cataracts or epiretinal membranes (ERM); 4.Macula-off retinal detachment;

排除标准：

1.外伤性视网膜脱离、复发性视网膜脱离、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等；
2.合并糖尿病视网膜病变或AMD等其他眼底病变；
3.合并严重全身疾病者，如慢性肾衰、糖尿病酮症酸中毒等；
4.手术前1年行视网膜手术或治疗患者；
5.OCT质量不达标患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases with specific retinal pathologies like traumatic retinal detachment, recurrent retinal detachment, or proliferative vitreoretinopathy;
2.Coexisting fundus diseases like diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), or other retinal disorders;
3.Severe systemic diseases like chronic renal failure, diabetic ketoacidosis;
4.Prior retinal interventions including history of retinal surgery or treatment within 12 months prior to current surgery;
5.Patients with ungradable OCT images;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集 1.1数据来源：电子病历系统：提取患者基线信息、手术记录、随访结果；影像归档系统（PACS）：查看OCT原始图像并进行分析 1.2数据传递：院内数据：通过医院内网加密传输 2.数据管理 2.1 完整性核查：关键数据缺失：筛查OCT图像、BCVA记录的完整性，缺失率超过10%的病例需补充说明或标记为无效数据； 2.2 入选/排除标准核查：自动化过滤：如筛选 “合并糖尿病视网膜病变”的病例，人工复核后移除非合格病例； 2.3 时间窗校验：确保所有病例手术日期在2023年1月-2025年1月范围内，超出时间窗的病例需提供伦理特批文件； 2.4 逻辑一致性检查：时序矛盾：标记后由研究者核对原始病历修正； 2.5 数值逻辑：设定阈值规则（如IS/OS厚度≤50μm、LogMAR视力≥-0.3），超出范围的数据触发系统警报并生成疑问表； 2.6 离群数据分析：统计检测：采用Tukey法识别极端值，结合临床判断确认是否为录入错误或真实异常；影像复核：对离群OCT参数，由两名眼科医师复核图像质量及测量准确性； 2.7 合并用药与不良事件核查：本研究一般不存在合并用药与不良事件。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection 1.1 Data Sources Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Extracted patient demographics, surgical records, and follow-up outcomes. Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS): Accessed raw OCT images for analysis. 1.2 Data Transfer Intra-hospital Data: Securely transmitted via encrypted hospital intranet. 2. Data Management 2.1 Completeness Verification Critical Data Missing: Screened for incomplete OCT images or BCVA records. Cases with >10% missing data required justification or exclusion. 2.2 Eligibility Criteria Audit Automated Filtering: Identified cases with comorbid conditions (e.g., diabetic retinopathy). Non-eligible cases excluded after manual review. 2.3 Time Window Validation Ensured all surgeries occurred between January 2023-January 2025. Cases outside this window required ethics committee waiver documentation. 2.4 Logical Consistency Check Temporal Conflicts: Flagged for investigator reconciliation using source medical records. 2.5 Value Logic Control Threshold Rules: Photoreceptor IS/OS thickness ≤50 μm BCVA (logMAR) ≥ -0.3 Out-of-range values triggered system alerts and generated data queries. 2.6 Outlier Analysis Statistical Detection: Identified extremes using Tukey's method; clinical judgment determined if errors or true anomalies. Image Review: Outlier OCT parameters re-evaluated by two ophthalmologists for image quality/measurement accuracy. 2.7 Concomitant Medications & Adverse Events (AE) Review Concomitant medications and AEs were not anticipated in this study per protocol design.
