本课题拟采用前瞻性观察收集符合入组条件的临床患者信息及残余血液废弃标本分析:联合QFR结果及血清FABP5表达,分析其潜在关系,并通过机器学习构建多维度、多模态的冠状动脉生理学预测模型  

Objectives of Study:

This topic intends to use prospective observation to collect clinical patient information and residual blood waste specimen analysis: combined with QFR results and serum FABP5 expression, analyze its potential relationship, and construct a multi-dimensional and multi-modal coronary physiology prediction model through machine learning

纳入标准:

1.年龄18-60岁,因冠心病收入我院,且行冠脉QFR检查的入院患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inpatients aged 18-60 years, admitted to our hospital due to coronary heart disease (CHD), who have undergone coronary QFR examination.

排除标准:

1.冠脉搭桥术后患者; 2.心源性休克患者; 3.既往冠脉支架患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); 2.Patients with cardiogenic shock; 3.Patients with previous coronary artery stenting.
