研究目的：

（1）评估数字化负压引流系统与传统三腔胸瓶在肺段切除术后患者ERAS中的效果差异； （2）比较数字化负压引流系统与传统三腔胸瓶在患者陪护人员心理评估中的差异； （3）对比数字化负压引流系统与传统三腔胸瓶在肺段切除患者实际住院费用的影响； （4）通过前瞻性随机对照研究为数字化负压引流系统在ERAS方案中的应用提供更多实证支持。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the differences in efficacy between the digital negative pressure drainage system and the traditional three-chamber thoracic bottle in the ERAS of patients after lung segmentectomy. (2) Compare the differences in the psychological assessment of patient caregivers between the digital negative pressure drainage system and the traditional three-chamber thoracic bottle. (3) Contrast the impacts of the digital negative pressure drainage system and the traditional three-chamber thoracic bottle on the actual hospitalization costs of patients undergoing lung segmentectomy. (4) Provide more empirical support for the application of the digital negative pressure drainage system in the ERAS protocol through a prospective randomized controlled study.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行单侧胸腔镜下肺段切除术； 2.术前检查无手术禁忌，可接受胸腔镜下肺段切除术； 3.能够理解试验目的，自愿参加并由受试者本人或其授权人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Planned to undergo unilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic lung segmentectomy (VATS segmentectomy); 2. No surgical contraindications identified by preoperative examinations, and eligible for video-assisted thoracoscopic lung segmentectomy; 3. Able to understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent form either personally or via an authorized representative.

排除标准：

1.既往同侧胸腔手术史； 2.术中改变手术计划行肺叶切除； 3.肺段切除同时行肺楔形或肺叶切除术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of previous ipsilateral thoracic surgery; 2. Intraoperative change of surgical plan to perform lobectomy; 3. Performance of wedge resection or lobectomy concurrently with segmentectomy.
