基于常规生化项目建立的浆细胞病精准筛查模型，收集数据验证其早期诊断和鉴别诊断的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

A precise screening model for plasma cell diseases based on routine biochemical items was established, and data were collected to verify its effectiveness in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

纳入标准：

1.M蛋白阳性组入选标准：①年龄≧18周岁；②签署知情同意书；③2023年1月-2024年7月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院并于后期不来医院就诊；④根据毛细管免疫分型电泳法和或琼脂糖免疫固定电泳法判断为M蛋白阳性的患者；
2.M蛋白阴性组入选标准：①年龄≧18周岁；②签署知情同意书；③2023年1月-2024年7月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院并于后期不来医院就诊；④根据毛细管免疫分型电泳法和或琼脂糖免疫固定电泳法判断为M蛋白阴性的患者；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the M-protein positive group: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2023 to July 2024 and did not return for subsequent medical visits; 4. Patients diagnosed as M-protein positive by capillary immunotyping electrophoresis and/or agarose immunofixation electrophoresis. Inclusion criteria for the M-protein negative group: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2023 to July 2024 and did not return for subsequent medical visits; 4. Patients determined to be M-protein negative based on capillary immunotyping electrophoresis and/or agarose immunofixation electrophoresis.

排除标准：

1.受试者资料不齐全，或者因其他原因收集不完全的病例。

1.Cases with incomplete subject information or those not fully collected for other reasons.
