Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Effects of Subgingival Scaling on Oral Health in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理组织学确诊为鼻咽癌，首次接受同步放化疗，肿瘤分期 T1-4 N0-3 M0，肿瘤无全身其他器官转移；②年龄18-75岁，功能状态KPS评分≥60分，意识清晰，自愿配合治疗并签署临床研究试验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma, receiving primary concurrent chemoradiotherapy, with tumor staging of T1-4 N0-3 M0 and no evidence of distant metastasis; 2.Aged between 18 and 75 years, with a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score of >=60, clear consciousness, and voluntary participation with signed informed consent for the clinical trial.

排除标准：

①患影响牙周健康的其他严重系统性疾病；②近1年内接受过牙周治疗，近3个月连续服用1周以上抗生素或非甾体类抗炎药；③口内天然余留牙（残根、残冠、第三磨牙除外）＜16颗；④因全身健康因素或其他因素，不能接受口腔牙周健康状况检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe systemic diseases that affect periodontal health; 2.History of periodontal treatment within the past year, or continuous use of antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for more than one week within the preceding 3 months; 3.Fewer than 16 natural teeth remaining (excluding root fragments, residual crowns, and third molars); 4.Inability to undergo oral and periodontal health examination due to systemic health conditions or other factors.
