本研究旨在突破低浓度脂质代谢物红外检测的灵敏度瓶颈,聚焦儿童遗传性脂质异常血症的早期诊断难题。我们通过引入机器学习方法等先进的数据处理与分析策略,对光谱信息进行深度挖掘与智能识别,建立一套全新的固醇谱高效分析体系。这项技术的成功,将有望为临床带来一种微创快筛方案,提升此类疾病的早期发现与精准诊断能力,具有推动诊疗范式转变的科学价值。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to overcome the sensitivity bottleneck of infrared detection for low-concentration lipid metabolites, focusing on the challenge of early diagnosis of hereditary lipid disorders in children. By introducing advanced data processing and analysis strategies such as machine learning, we deeply mined and intelligently identified spectral information to establish a new, efficient system for sterol spectrum analysis. The success of this technology is expected to provide a minimally invasive rapid screening solution for clinical use, enhancing the early detection and precise diagnosis of such diseases, and holds scientific value in driving a shift in diagnostic and treatment paradigms. |

纳入标准: |
1.就诊于浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院内分泌科并接受血脂相关检测; 2.经临床诊断明确为遗传性脂质异常血症相关疾病(如谷固醇血症、高胆固醇血症等),或为无相关代谢异常的健康儿童; 3.年龄在 0 至 18 岁之间。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Presented at the Endocrinology Department of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine for lipid-related testing; 2. Clinically diagnosed with a hereditary dyslipidaemia-related disorder (e.g., phytosterolaemia, hypercholesterolaemia), or identified as a healthy child without associated metabolic abnormalities; 3. Aged between 0 and 18 years. |
