1. Explore the risk factors of ILD-LC patients;2. Establish a risk assessment model for ILD-LC based on radiomics and clinical data;3. Explore the risk factors for prognosis of ILD-LC patients;

纳入标准：

1.湖州市中心医院近10年已确诊的ILD或ILD且LC的病例；
2.本院有胸部CT资料；

Inclusion criteria

1.The cases of ILD or ILD combined with LC that have been diagnosed in the center hospital of Huzhou City in the past 10 years;
2.Our hospital has chest CT data.

排除标准：

1.未成年患者；
2.孕妇；
3.药物或治疗LC所致ILD；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Minor patients;
2.pregnant woman;
3.Medications or treatments for LC-induced ILD;
