研究目的：

针对肥胖或超重人群，通过研究大脑深部灰质核团结构及胶质淋巴系统引流活动度与认知功能的内在联系，揭示肥胖人群认知功能变化的潜在生物学机制，实现对高危人群的早期评估与治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to reveal the underlying biological mechanisms of cognitive function changes in obese/overweight individuals by investigating the intrinsic relationship between the structure of deep gray matter nuclei and glymphatic system drainage activity with cognitive function, thereby enabling early assessment and treatment of high-risk groups.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于45岁；
2.没有肿瘤、外伤、中风、感染、脱髓鞘等神经系统疾病；
3.在结构磁共振上没有明显的异常；

Inclusion criteria

1.aged over 45 years old;
2.without neurological diseases, such as brain tumor, brain trauma, stoke, inflammation, demyelination;

排除标准：

1.怀孕；
2.存在磁共振检查禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.pregnant;
2.with MRI contraindications;
