研究骨关节炎、骨质疏松、骨折等患者骨量、骨质量及骨组织微观生物力学性质的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the changes of bone mass, bone quality, and microbiomechanical properties of bone tissue in patients with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

自2020年6月起，来河北医科大学第三医院就诊，并经影像学检查证实患膝关节骨关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症以及腰椎、髋部、胫骨平台骨折需要手术治疗的中老年（年龄≥40岁）患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who come to the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University since June 2020;
2. The patients with knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, and fractures of lumbar spine, hip and tibial plateau need surgical treatment;
3. The elderly (aged >=40 years old) patients.

排除标准：

病理性骨折；存在除糖尿病、骨质疏松症之外的其他系统性疾病影响骨骼健康的；严重合并症不能耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pathological fracture;
2. Patients with other systemic diseases other than diabetes and osteoporosis affecting bone health;
3. Patients with severe complications can not tolerate surgery.
