研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性分析已确诊的SMARCA4-dNSCLC的临床、病理特征以便早期识别，精准诊断这一肺癌亚群。由于SMARCA4突变与可靶向基因突变互斥，免疫检查点抑制剂可能成为有潜力的治疗药物，本研究拟通过生存数据分析哪些患者能从免疫治疗中获益。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze the clinical and pathological characteristics of confirmed SMARCA4-dNSCLC cases for early identification and precise diagnosis of this lung cancer subgroup. Since SMARCA4 mutations are mutually exclusive with targetable gene mutations, immune checkpoint inhibitors may represent a potential therapeutic option. This study intends to analyze survival data to determine which patients may benefit from immunotherapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理诊断为非小细胞肺癌；（2）免疫组化染色提示SMARCA4蛋白表达缺失；（3）用于分期的基线影像学资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Loss of SMARCA4 protein expression demonstrated by immunohistochemical staining; 3. Complete baseline imaging data for staging purposes.

排除标准：

（1）缺乏关键的临床病理资料（如生存状态、治疗方案等）；（2）合并其他原发性恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of critical clinicopathological data (e.g., survival status, treatment regimen, etc.); 2. Coexistence of other primary malignant tumors.
