研究目的：

将临床诊断为尘螨过敏且DPOAE正常的AR患者，给予SLIT治疗并进行长期定期复查血清特异性IgE（sIgE）、总IgE（tIgE）及听力检查，观察SLIT在改变全身过敏症状的同时，对耳蜗功能是否具有保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Allergic Rhinitis (AR) patients who were clinically diagnosed with dust mite allergy and had normal Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE) were given Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) treatment. They also underwent long-term regular reexaminations, including tests for serum-specific Immunoglobulin E (sIgE), total Immunoglobulin E (tIgE), and hearing function. The purpose of this study was to observe whether SLIT, while alleviating systemic allergic symptoms, also exerts a protective effect on cochlear function.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 14-60 岁之间； 2.愿意自费动态检测血清特异性 sIgE 和总 lgE，来判断治疗有效性及后续治疗价值，且能配合完成研究期中每次临床鼻部局部检查、SPT 以及听力学检查、评分量表； 3.病史回顾无听力损失，无噪声暴露史、无耳毒性药物史、无代谢问题史、无神经系统问题史； 4.听力学检查及耳内镜检查显示耳蜗和中耳功能均无异常，若 SPT 结果双螨过敏 2+及以上/血清特异性 lgE 查见尘螨阳性者入组观察组，若 SPT/血清特异性 lgE 结果阴性，入组空白组； 5.患者或患儿家属能完全理解 AR 的治疗方案，应充分了解 SLIT 治疗过程、可能的风险和禁忌症等信息，自愿选择 SLIT； 6.患者能坚持 SLIT、坚持定期随访的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 14 and 60 years; 2. Willing to pay for dynamic testing of serum-specific sIgE and total IgE to evaluate treatment effectiveness and future treatment value, and able to cooperate with clinical nasal examinations, SPT, audiological tests, and rating scales at each mid-term research visit; 3. Medical history shows no hearing loss, no history of noise exposure, no history of ototoxic drug use, no metabolic disorders, and no neurological problems; 4. Audiology and otoscopic examinations show normal cochlear and middle ear function. Participants with double mite positive results of 2 or higher on SPT or positive dust mite-specific IgE will be enrolled in the observation group; if SPT or serum-specific IgE results are negative, they will be enrolled in the blank group; 5. The patient or the patient’s family must fully understand the AR treatment plan, have a thorough understanding of the SLIT process, possible risks, and contraindications, and voluntarily choose SLIT; 6. Patients who can adhere to SLIT and maintain regular follow-up.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 14 岁或超过 60 岁； 2.有耳外伤史或服用耳毒性药物、任何导致听力损失的系统性和代谢紊乱、鼓膜穿孔或其他中耳病理或既往耳手术史的患者； 3.不能配合完成临床鼻部局部检查、SPT 以及听力学检查、评分量表； 4.选择 SLIT 患者中途脱落、或者无法配合复查者应排除； 5.拒绝参与本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age under 14 or over 60; 2. Patients with a history of external ear trauma, use of ototoxic drugs, any systemic or metabolic disorders leading to hearing loss, tympanic membrane perforation, other middle ear pathologies, or previous ear surgeries; 3. Inability to cooperate with clinical nasal local examination, SPT, audiological tests, or rating scales; 4. SLIT patients who drop out midway or are unable to cooperate with follow-up should be excluded; 5. Those who refuse to participate in this study.
