Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of inflatable neck gaiter warming in the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in thoracic surgery. To evaluate the safety of inflatable neck gaiter warming in the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia during thoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ—Ⅲ级； 2.拟进行全身麻醉下胸外科手术； 3.预计手术时间>=2h；

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA classification grades I to III; 2.Thoracic surgery under general anesthesia is planned; 3.The estimated operation time is >=2 hours;

排除标准：

1.术前体温＞37.5℃或＜36.0℃； 2.有恶性高热家族史； 3.合并肾上腺、甲状腺功能异常、垂体分泌异常等影响代谢的疾病； 4.术前使用缩血管、解热镇痛类药物； 5.预计术中出血量>=800 ml；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative body temperature > 37.5℃ or < 36.0℃; 2.There is a family history of malignant high fever; 3.Diseases that affect metabolism, such as abnormal adrenal and thyroid functions and abnormal pituitary secretion; 4.Vasoconstrictor, antipyretic and analgesic drugs were used before the operation; 5.The estimated intraoperative blood loss is >=800 ml;
