研究目的：

1. 对比ResNet-50、ConvNeXt、ViT及Swin Transformer模型在曲面断层片下颌第三磨牙（MTM）与下牙槽神经（IAN）接触状态识别及位置关系分类任务中的性能差异；2. 优化样本不平衡处理策略，提升稀有类别的识别效果；3. 对比模型与不同年资医师的诊断结果，验证模型临床可信度；4. 构建两阶段智能评估系统，辅助MTM拔除术的术前风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the performance of ResNet-50, ConvNeXt, ViT, and Swin Transformer models in identifying the contact status and classifying the positional relationship between the mandibular third molar (MTM) and inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) on panoramic radiographs; 2. Optimize sample imbalance handling strategies to improve the recognition effect of rare categories; 3. Compare the diagnostic results of the models with clinicians of different seniority to verify the clinical credibility of the models; 4. Construct a two-stage intelligent evaluation system to assist in the preoperative risk assessment of MTM extraction.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁，就诊于山西医科大学口腔医院并同时接受曲面断层片（PAN）和 CBCT 检查的下颌第三磨牙（MTM）患者；
2.至少有一颗 MTM 牙根发育完全；
3.PAN 显示 MTM 与下牙槽神经（IAN）重叠；
4.同时拍摄PAN 和 CBCT 拍摄；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 18 years, patients with mandibular third molar (MTM) who underwent both panoramic radiography (PAN) and CBCT examination at Shanxi Medical University Stomatological Hospital; 2.At least one MTM with fully developed root; 3.PAN shows overlap between MTM and inferior alveolar nerve (IAN); 4.Interval between PAN and CBCT imaging at the same time;

排除标准：

1.MTM 过度颊舌向倾斜； 2.MTM 区域存在金属伪影； 3.MTM 区域存在病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Excessive buccolingual inclination of MTM; 2.Metal artifacts in the MTM area; 3.Lesions are present in the MTM area.
