探讨IVIM灌注成像在糖尿病足溃疡风险分层及预测中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application value of IVIM perfusion imaging in the risk stratification and prediction of diabetic foot ulcers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入选在内分泌科门诊就诊或住院的1型或2型糖尿病患者；年龄≥18岁；能够配合完善临床评估及辅助检查者。 2. 健康对照组：招募在我科行足部磁共振检查的无糖尿病病史及外周动脉疾病史的健康患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes mellitus, who are attending the endocrinology outpatient clinic or are hospitalized;Age ≥ 18 years;Be capable and willing to complete all clinical assessments and auxiliary examinations. 2.Recruited from subjects undergoing foot MRI examination in our department;Without a history of diabetes mellitus;Without a history of peripheral arterial disease.

排除标准：

1. 临床及影像资料不全者。 2. 合并严重全身性疾病（如终末期恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能衰竭）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with incomplete clinical or imaging data. 2. Subjects with severe systemic diseases (e.g., end-stage malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal failure).
