研究目的：

评估假体周围感染患者在外科治疗术后，联合使用利福平进行抗生素治疗的疗效和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined rifampicin for antibiotic treatment in patients with Periprosthetic Joint Infection(PJI) after surgical treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据MSIS标准确诊为PJI ②经微生物培养确定致病菌为葡萄球菌并进行药敏测试 ③有完整临床资料 ④年龄＜80周岁，没有严重的合并症或免疫抑制状态 ⑤患者自愿参与本研究，并在身体与精神上可耐受本研究的治疗过程和各项检测，已签署知情同意书，并通过所有参与本研究的医院伦理委员会审核

Inclusion criteria

1 Diagnosed as PJI according to the MSIS criteria 2 The pathogenic bacteria were identified as Staphylococcus through microbial culture and drug sensitivity tests were conducted 3 There are complete clinical data 4 Age under 80 years old, without serious complications or immunosuppressive status 5 The patient voluntarily participated in this study and was physically and mentally tolerant of the treatment process and various tests in this study. They have signed the informed consent form and passed the review of the ethics committees of all hospitals participating in this study

排除标准：

①术前其他部位有慢性炎症者 ②非葡萄球菌感染或混合感染者 ③患者存在其他可能影响结果的疾病，如免疫缺陷、肝肾功能不全 ④预期寿命小于半年者 ⑤研究者判断患者因依从性问题不再符合该研究的标准 ⑥对利福平过敏者

Exclusion criteria：

1 Those with chronic inflammation in other parts of the body before the operation 2 Non-staphylococcal infection or mixed infection 3 The patient has other diseases that may affect the outcome, such as immune deficiency or liver and kidney dysfunction 4 Those with an expected lifespan of less than half a year 5 The researcher determined that the patient no longer met the criteria of this study due to compliance issues 6 People allergic to rifampicin
