Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of medically unspecified disease in China. 2. To formulate expert consensus or guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of medically unspecified disease in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

乏力患者——以乏力为主诉；无肢体活动障碍；无语言功能障碍等； 消瘦患者——以体重下降为主诉；无刻意节食；无服用减肥类药物等； 水肿患者——以水肿为主诉；无肢体活动障碍；无长期卧床等。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with fatigue - with fatigue as the main complaint; No limb movement disorder; No language dysfunction, etc. Emaciated patients - with weight loss as the main complaint; No deliberate dieting; No weight loss drugs, etc. Edema patients - with edema as the main complaint; No limb movement disorder; No long-term bed rest, etc.

排除标准：

患者入院时已明确乏力、消瘦或水肿的具体原因。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with clearly identified specific causes of fatigue, weight loss, or edema upon admission.
