研究目的：

本项目旨在系统探究重症监护单元工作环境对护士健康与职业福祉的影响。通过比较不同单元护士的疲劳、睡眠、倦怠与亚健康状态，分析工作环境与身心健康指标的内在关联；进而识别关键中介与保护性因素。在此基础上，结合各单元专科特点，构建阶梯式、差异化的健康促进方案。为管理决策提供依据，以改善监护室护士的幸福感为目标，最终推动重症护理人力资源的可持续发展  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to systematically investigate the impact of the intensive care unit (ICU) work environment on nurses' health and occupational well-being. By comparing fatigue, sleep quality, burnout, and suboptimal health status among nurses across different units, it analyzes the intrinsic relationship between the work environment and physical and mental health indicators. Subsequently, it identifies key mediating and protective factors. Based on these findings, a tiered, differentiated health promotion program will be developed, tailored to the specialized characteristics of each unit. This research will provide evidence-based guidance for management decisions, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the well-being of ICU nurses and promoting the sustainable development of critical care nursing human resources

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.固定工作于重症监护单元； 2.具有护士执业资格证并已注册，至少有1年以上的ICU工作经验； 3.自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Permanent position in the intensive care unit; 2.Hold a valid nursing license and be registered, with at least one year of ICU work experience. 3.Voluntary Participation in Research.

排除标准：

1.研究期间因病假、产假、事假等暂时离岗的监护室护士； 2.已知患有经临床诊断的严重精神障碍（如重度抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等）或严重躯体疾病（如III级及以上心功能不全、晚期恶性肿瘤等），其本身可能严重影响疲劳、睡眠、情绪等核心结局指标评估的监护室护士； 3.计划在研究期间离职的监护室护士； 4.退休及返聘监护室护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nurses in the monitoring room who are temporarily absent from their posts due to sick leave, maternity leave, personal leave, etc., during the study period; 2.ICU nurses known to have clinically diagnosed severe mental disorders (such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) or severe physical illnesses (such as heart failure stage III or higher, advanced malignant tumors, etc.), which may significantly impair the assessment of core outcome measures including fatigue, sleep, and mood. 3.Nurses in the intensive care unit who plan to resign during the study period; 4.Retired and Re-hired Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit.
