研究目的：

明确taNVS对妇科腹腔镜手术患者POFS的干预效果，为临床提供一种新的非药物治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the intervention effect of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS) in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and to provide a novel non-pharmacological treatment strategy for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、签署知情同意书； 2、择期拟行全麻下妇科腹腔镜手术患者； 3、年龄18-65岁； 4、 ASA I-Ⅲ级； 5、手术时间大于2小时。

Inclusion criteria

1.?Signed informed consent form; 2.?Patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 3.?Aged 18-65 years; 4.?American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-Ⅲ; 5.Patients undergoing surgery with duration > 2 hours.

排除标准：

1、严重肝肾功能不全； 2、阿片类药物长期滥用史； 3、严重中枢神经系统疾病患者； 4、颈部迷走神经损伤； 5、植入心脏起搏器； 6、认知功能障碍无法沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

1.?Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2.?History of long-term opioid abuse; 3.?Patients with severe central nervous system diseases; 4.?Cervical vagus nerve injury; 5.?Implanted cardiac pacemaker; 6.?Cognitive impairment with inability to communicate.
