研究目的：

1.主要目的:本研究旨在探讨肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的心理韧性、家庭关怀度、社会支持与生活质量之间的关系; 2.次要目的:分析影响生活质量的关键心理社会因素，为制定综合性心理社会干预策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: This study aims to explore the relationship among psychological resilience, family care, social support, and quality of life in patients with malignant liver tumors; 2. Secondary Objective: To analyze the key psychosocial factors affecting quality of life, providing a basis for developing comprehensive psychosocial intervention strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肝脏恶性肿瘤患者； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.自愿签署知情同意书； 4.意识清楚，具备基本沟通与理解能力； 5.知情同意，并自愿参与研究.

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients withn malignant tumors of the liver; 2.Age>=18years old; 3.voluntary signing of the informed consent form; 4.clear consciousness, with basic communication and comprehension abilities; 5.informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病或者认知障碍； 2.处于终末期，生存期＜3个月； 3.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.at the terminal stage,the survival period is less than 3months; 3.according to the researchers assessment, it was detemined that they were not suitable to participate in this study.
