虽然目前有许多可用于预测肝移植（LT）预后的评分模型，但是均过于复杂，缺乏一个可以满足快速心算的要求的模型，该模型能够快速计算并能够预测肝移植后患者的短期生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

Although there are currently numerous scoring models available for the prediction of liver transplantation (LT) prognosis, the field is lacking a simple model based on a mental calculation which would enable quick predictions to be made of the short-term survival of patients after LT.

The data that support the findings of this study are available from the Chinese Liver Transplant Registry (CLTR: http://cltr.cotr.cn), but restrictions apply to the availability of these data, which were used under license for the current study, and so are not publicly available. But all related data in this study are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request.
