研究目的：

1.构建一套适用于重大肿瘤术后患者的、准确性高、可解释性强的AKI早期预测模型。2.明确围术期影响AKI发生的关键临床变量与路径，为术后个体化管理提供理论依据。3.实现术后AKI的风险分层与可视化输出，辅助临床医师开展精准干预。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a set of AKI early prediction models suitable for patients after major tumor surgery, which are highly accurate and highly interpretable. 2. Clarify the key clinical variables and pathways influencing the occurrence of AKI during the perioperative period to provide a theoretical basis for individualized postoperative management. 3. Achieve risk stratification and visual output of postoperative AKI to assist clinicians in conducting precise intervention.

纳入标准：

1.所有 2023-2025 年我院腹部手术后送入 ICU 监护治疗的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.All patients who were admitted to the ICU for monitoring and treatment after abdominal surgery in our hospital from 2023 to 2025;

排除标准：

1.年龄未满 18 岁的患者；
7 天内行多次手术的患者；
2.有慢性肾脏病 5 期、进行肾移植或接受透析的患者；
3.术前未进行肌酐测定、术后 7 天内未进行肌酐测 定，以及数据缺失大于 1/2 的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients under the age of 18； 2.Patients who have undergone multiple surgeries within 7 days；3.Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who have undergone kidney transplantation or are on dialysis；4.Patients who did not have creatinine measurement before the operation, those who did not have creatinine measurement within 7 days after the operation, and those with data loss greater than half。
