研究目的：

1. 研究中国孤立性促性腺激素释放激素缺乏症的临床特征； 2. 研究IGD患者的总体治疗转归及不同治疗方案对IGD患者精子生成及生育效果的影响； 3. 研究中国IGD患者的致病基因；分析不同基因对IGD患者精子生成的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the clinical characteristics of isolated gonadotropin-releasing hormone deficiency in China; 2. To study the overall treatment outcomes of IGD patients and the impact of different treatment regimens on spermatogenesis and fertility effects in IGD patients; 3. To investigate the pathogenic genes in Chinese IGD patients and analyze the influence of different genes on spermatogenesis in IGD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.就诊于华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院，年龄≧14岁； 2.青春发育不全或青春发育不全病史或不育； 3.性激素检查FSH、LH降低或正常低值，睾酮低于正常值； 4.伴或不伴嗅觉缺失/减退； 5.理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=14 and outpatients of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 2. With puberty hypoplasia or puberty hypoplasia in past history or infertility; 3. With low values of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone,Luteinizing Hormone and Testostrone; 4. With or without anosmia/dysosmia; 5. Understand and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.由脑部病变（如垂体肿瘤）引起的激素分泌异常；
2.存在垂体其它激素异常；
3.染色体核型为45,X、47,XXY及48,XXXY等异常染色体核型；
4.真两性畸形及假两性畸形等；
5.原发性性腺功能减退症；
6.由肾上腺病变引起的性激素异常；
7.继发于其它全身性疾病的性腺功能减退症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal hormone secretion caused by brain lesions,such as pituitary adenoma; 2. Abnormal values of hormones serected by pituitary; 3. Abnormal karyotypes,such as 45,X,47,XXY or 48,XXXY; 4. True hermaphroditism or pseudohermaphroditism; 5. Primary hypogonadism; 6. Abnormal secretion of sex hormone caused by adrenal diseases; 7. Hypogonadism secondary to other systemic diseases.
